The conference fees include the scientific programme, conference materials and lunches, as well as coffee at the conference venue, as marked in the programme.
Please indicate all the events you wish to attend, also in the social programme.
Registration fees
The conference fee is 200 EUR. The methods of payment are credit card or bank transfer.
Cancellations and Refunds
Notification of cancellation and refund requests must be submitted before 30th of June, 2012 in writing to the Conference Treasurer (pdf or fax). The late fee for cancellations received before the 30th of June, 2012 is EUR 50. For cancellations after the 30th of June, 2012 no refunds will be given.
Please note that the organizers of the IFLA 2012 Satellite Meeting will not make hotel reservations for you. To help you secure a hotel accommodation, the organizers of the IFLA 2012 Satellite Meeting have pre-booked rooms at several hotels in Tampere.
August is a holiday season in Finland, and hotels are generally booked full. Please, be sure to make your reservation early enough to guarantee accommodation and always use the booking code of the hotel in question.
